Fred Harteis, President of Harteis International and TeamBiz, has strong self confidence. The ability to have self confidence is sometimes develop from childhood, through the help of family. Sometimes it is developed as an adult through the help of reading, friends and spiritual guidance. The path that we choose to develop self confidence is not important. What is important is that self confidence is developed. This is what Fred Harteis has the ability to do - help people develop self confidence. Personally, my self confidence has grown because of him and a successful system. The path that I needed to take is not important. What is important is that I had the mentorship to help guide me in the right direction. I have discovered that with self confidence comes a better me, marriage, family life and spiritual life. What is even more exciting is that I know where to step in the mine field and now capable of showing others where to step. I can now help point others in the right direction.
