Attitude
Your attitude is critical to your success. Why? Because there are going to be people in your life who’ll look you in the eyes after you say you’re losing weight and getting fit and say, “You haven’t been able to do this before. What makes you think you’re going to do it now?”
If you haven’t got your head in the game, they’ll rob you of your positive attitude and you’ll fail again. Sure, you’ll get mad to start with, but when that one tough day comes along, you’re going to question your ability because they created doubt in your mind.
There are two things you should know. One is that tough days are going to come along and you’ll handle some better than others. If you get off track, just get back at it right away.
The second thing is that I absolutely believe in you. I know you can do it. So when that tough day comes along, re-read this Bulletin and get back into the game. That’s the better life way.
