Fred Harteis, president of Harteis International and Team, understands the importance of developing communities. Years ago when our country was developing, it was accomplished with the help of neighborhoods. The neighborhoods eventually became communities. Communities are groups of people with the same or similar beliefs, cultures, religions, etc.
The communities had a great deal in common. People became more confident in what they were accomplishing because they knew that someone was there to support or mentor them. This commonality is what helped these people to grow. This is what Fred Harteis and other business associates are doing. They are helping people to develop communities for the betterment of all.
Today our communities consist of friends and acquaintances from work, church, activities, etc. With an understanding of the importance of communities and the utilization of a system, people are able to improve their lives and eventually help others improve their lives.
