Dear Fred,

In my many years of working with business people, I've never known anyone who has demonstrated their gratitude more than you.  Many times I've seen you go far beyond the call of duty to pay the price for others until they could stand on their own.

Everyone knows my purpose and passion is to change lives through reading and sharing great books.  Here again you are in my personal "Hall of Fame."  You are one of our oldest and faithful customers.  I should also add you have not selected books because of their price, but more on their content and value to your people.

I felt a need to put in writing my appriciation because I'm aware that no matter who you are, whether Sam Walton of Wal-Mart, Truett Cathy of Chick-fil-A, Ronald Reagon  or even Jesus, your going to get criticized.  So I want you to know I appriciate you what you have done and the price you have paid  to improve the lives of thousands and possibly millions.

Thank you for allowing me to help you change many more lives through tremendous books.
